Brad Dunn
Owner
Brad is a founding member of SMS Group and currently the sole owner/partner. Prior to forming SMS, he worked as a sales associate for Tom Flowe & Associates; a Southeast regional manufacturer's representative agency. Other related industry experience includes sales associate with Diamond Hill Plywood, a large 2-step building materials distributor. He holds a BS in Construction Management from East Tennessee State University. Brad lives in Greenville, SC area but as sole partner of the company he oversees all of the SMS Group Associates and their territories.
Tina Batchelor
Sales Associate
Tina joined SMS Group in 2007 after years of working for a major contractor organization in the United States. She brings a tremendous amount of experience sales representation to the SMS Group with her years of focusing on builders and remodeling contractors. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Tina covers the territories of central and eastern North Carolina, but also includes the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina and the Virginia Beach area of Virginia representing the After-Paint vendors for the group.
Chad Smith
Sales Associate
Chad graduated from Western Carolina University with a BA in Marketing. Chad has over 15 years sales experience in building products and transportation. Chad is a returning associate to the SMS Group. He represents products in central and western North Carolina and South Carolina except Myrtle Beach.
Cassie Stopka
Sales Associate
Cassie joined SMS Group in 2021 and brings 13 years of sales experience in the multi-family housing industry. She is a Graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Art & Design. Cassie represents After-Paint vendors covering central and eastern North Carolina, including the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina.
Pattie Wicker
Sales and Marketing Associate
Pattie is a Graduate of Montreat College with a Bachelor in Business Administration. She joined SMS Group in January 2014. She offers over 25 years of combined experience in sales and marketing for some larger industry manufacturers. She began with SMS as a sales associate and transitioned to Sales and Marketing. Recently venturing back into the field, Pattie is tasked with driving all our sales programs as well as calling on specific accounts from Raleigh to the NC/SC coasts.
Judy Dunn Estep
Sales Support
Judy graduated from East Tennessee University in 1975 with a BS and obtained her Master of Education in 1985. She retired from teaching in 2000. Judy has been with SMS Group since it was founded in 2002. She provides office support to Brad.
